Shipping

We ship from Puerto Rico. The flat rate for all domestic orders is $4.90.

 

TrendBae is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped, if this occurs, please fill a claim directly with the carrier with the tracking details provided.

 

Order Processing

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details as well as when the order is processed with the tracking number included. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder, or contact us for confirmation. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
